A large local authority who have a specialised soft services cleaning division with a strong reputation for client satisfaction and quality service provision is seeking a Client Services Manager - focusing on Catering and cleaning services.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the successful and profitable delivery of the catering and cleaning services to a geographically defined portfolio of schools in the Birmingham area. You will be operationally managing up to 200 directly employed staff across up to 30 sites. You will be also charged with building excellent customer relationships with the schools and ensure the services are running smoothly. This will involve financial management of budgets, staff utilisation / rota etc / services delivery against KPI's and client satisfaction. This role is a temporary to permanent position.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you will have excellent man management skills and be confident to manage a large remote workforce. You will also have significant experience at a senior level in a facilities management organisation where you have had full financial responsibility for catering and cleaning provisions. Any experience in education would be helpful.
