Condeco's world-class suite of workspace management solutions are essential tools in the strategies employed by senior business leaders at major multinational brands such as Barclays, Chevron and GE as they seek to optimise their real estate and transform the way they operate their business.

The Condeco Finance team is looking to hire an additional Finance Analyst to provide improved performance analysis and closely monitor the evolution of contracts and the attendant contracts management system globally.

Role Accountability

2 key areas of responsibility:

Financial Planning & Reporting:

- Preparation of weekly and ad hoc reports and maintenance of reporting suite
- Using various tools to assist with month end and Board facing reporting
- Maintenance and development of KPI database within our planning and reporting environment
- Developing new reports to meet the changing requirements of the business and the needs of company stakeholders across sales, finance and management
- Supporting the production of the yearly budget and subsequent forecasts
- Supporting the Systems Accountant in the development and processing of changes to the ERP and CRM databases


- Get an in depth understanding of the workings and process flows related to invoicing and contracts within the ERP
- Report on and audit the contracts database in the organisation's CRM and ERP (NetSuite)
- Provide guidance and coaching to the operational finance teams regarding contracting and order management
- Ensure that all contracts are either renewed or, in the event of cancellation, we understand and record the reasons behind the client's decision.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of contract data in the system
- Ensure reconciliation of recurring revenues and that issues are responded to within agreed timescales
- Assist in the evolution of policies and procedures to ensure best practice in internal contract management
- Maintenance and development of key contract management reports
- Act as guardian for the electronic storage of signed customer contracts
- Support the implementation of a NetSuite integration project to automate electronic signing of quotations eliminating delays and paper and improving audit trail

Essential Skills

- Experience in a highly changeable environment
- 1-2 years experience in an environment working with a large ERP / CRM
- Financial modelling with a high level of Excel competency; Systems and Excel form a significant part of the role and the candidate will need to be highly proficient
- Experience working in a revenue assurance / review role (subscriptions based revenue a plus)
- Exposure to working with large quantities of data a must
- Must be able to demonstrate track record of initiating positive change to deliver improvements
