The Role

Robert Half is pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Revenue Manager to join an exclusive hospitality organisation based in Birmingham. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this is a pivotal position in the Executive Team and will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy for all revenue streams across all business units.

Main Responsibilities:·

* Maximising all revenues to and for the Business to include events and conference facilities·

* Leading cross functional decision making of all revenue generating departments·

* Managing all aspects of competitor intelligence: pricing: management of inventory, and/or the yield hurdle points: distribution channels, market segment mix: acceptance/denial of major group bookings.

* Develop pricing strategies

* Analysis of Income and Expenditure

* Recommend and Implement revenue generating ideas

* Produce 3 month rolling forecast for each revenue stream

Your Profile

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the below skills and experience.·

* Team focused with the ability to manage a team and develop others.·

* Ability to plan, prioritise and multi task.·

* Ability to work without constant supervision.·

* Attention to detail.·

* Understanding the internal and external customer needs.·

* Strong communication outlook - both revenue and sales focused.

* You will also need to have worked in a similar hospitality venue previously

Salary & Benefits

This role offers a salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience plus bonus and benefits
