We've had an exciting 12 months at Armstrong Craven during which we experienced significant growth across all areas of the business. To help us to build on this momentum we are now seeking experienced Sales professionals to join us as Business Development Executives.

This research, strength and deep knowledge enables us to work with the leaders of some of the world's most influential and respected businesses to build and deliver bespoke, innovative and client-owned Mapping, Pipelining and Insight services fully attuned to their business and HR priorities.


The role

As a Business Development Executive you will be an integral part of a team focused on creating global business opportunities with new clients over the telephone.

Adding real value to the international growth of our business, you will influence the focus of our business development strategy by sharing valuable insight and knowledge gained from speaking with senior decision makers and business leaders within target organisations across all industry sectors.

Your role is to build rapport, understand the talent challenges and influence the thinking of business leaders and senior decision makers, leading to qualified opportunities for our practice directors and client partners. Therefore you will need to be inquisitive, confident, resilient and driven.

As the voice of our business you will be highly motivated, have dedication, tenacity, commercial acumen, superb communication, listening and relationship building skills.

Past experience can vary but your ability to engage and communicate with strategic HR leaders is essential.
