Location:
This is a regional role covering the North so candidates can live anywhere in the North of England. Ideal locations include Manchester, Leeds, Warrington, Macclesfield, Huddersfield, Bradford, Liverpool, Preston, Blackburn and other local areas.

The Role:
Working for a market leading engineering company who supply process plant, water treatment systems and food/beverage capital equipment to customers across the UK, as the Regional Account Manager for the North you will play an essential role working closely with customers.

This award winning firm supply project installations and service contracts to food/drinks companies, pharmaceutical sites, industrial production firms, packaging manufacturers and water process plants; and your core customer base will exist in these sectors.

Your key focus will be to build strong relationships with this customer base to gain a clear understanding of requirements, expectations and potential future revenue streams.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager from similar markets who can make this job their own, build strong relationships with customers and help identify new business channels for both project and service work.

Essentially though, the key objective will be to account manage the current customers across the North of England.

Candidate Requirements:
You will be a proven account manager able to build relationships and manage a wide variety of customers in the industrial, manufacturing and/or engineering markets..

Ideally we are looking for Account Managers with experience in the production, water, food or beverage manufacturing markets but other sectors whereby you have worked with engineering installations and most importantly service contracts will be considered.

You will have superb communication skills at all levels and have a proactive "can do" attitude to help grow business and surpass targets and expectations. You will be commercially astute, highly organised and able to listen and identify client requirements.

You will be happy in a regional sales capacity and hold a full UK Drivers Licence.
