Senior Business Development Manager

£80k - £120k target earnings

PHMG is currently recruiting for an articulate, ambitious and highly motivated Business Development Manager, who has a firm commitment to continuous self-improvement and a proven track record in closing face-to-face sales at board level. Responsibilities:

- To present audio branding to new clients through a structured presentation using agreed sales tools
- To achieve sales revenue from new account targets
- To attend all pre-booked company appointments and self-generate new clients
- Ensure all documentation is completed to the required standard
- To ensure prompt and accurate processing of customer orders in accordance with agreed timescales and standards
- To demonstrate the appropriate behaviours when dealing with all clients, colleagues and contacts
- Produce accurate and timely reports on performance against targets
- To increase the prospect database and potential sales opportunities by collecting relevant company contact details
- To support the PHMG team by attending meetings and contributing towards business initiatives
- To feedback on all activity as agreed with line manager
- Take personal responsibility for keeping up to date with changes in the market,in our company and in the product.

Skills and experience:

- Knowledge of B2B markets in many industries
- Relevant experience in an equivalent or similar B2B field sales role, with proven track record of success
- Dynamic, energetic, ambitious, positive, enthusiastic and a strong sales closer
- A highly organised, pro-active and systematic approach to work
- Dedicated team player with drive and initiative
- Articulate with technical sales skills including hard closing techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet and exceed set targets

- Basic salary negotiable dependant on experience, up to £40k. Realistic OTE of £120k in first year, with the top performer earning over £200k
