Insurance Sales Partner

£17,000 - £26,000 dependant on experience with realistic bonus being £6,000 per annum, coupled with an excellent benefits package


About Our Client

Leading Insurance Company based with an excellent client base are seeking to attract a Sales Partner with a natural flair for sales and great customer service to join there vibrate team in Stourbridge.

In this role you will be maximising customer sales from inbound/outbound calls and you will identify and sell add ons when possible. This is a superb opportunity for an individual with insurance and sales experience to develop and grow their skill set.

Role Purpose:

• Generating new business to hit company targets
• Successful up selling of additional products
• Finding a solution to match the customer's needs and demands
• Accurate data entry to ensure cover and all policy documentation is correct

Key Responsibilities:

• To handle telephone enquiries for Commercial Vehicle insurance quotations and enquiries
• Outbound online enquiries making a good first impression to quote and close the risk
• To identify and maximise sales opportunities
• To adhere to FSA, TCF and DPA guidelines at all times
• Listen to the client's wants and needs to provide a tailored made policy
• To overcome any objections to close sale

Key Skills & Knowledge Required:

• Private lines Insurance Experience of 12 months or more
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to build rapport and influence the customers decision
• To work effectively as an individual and as part of the team
• The ability to work under pressure and prioritise the workload
• Extensive product knowledge to present the correct policy to the client
• Natural flair for sales
• Open GI experience preferred but not essential
