Property Consultant in Warehouse Acquisitions

London

Package: £45K-£55K depending on experience + company car + private medical insurance + contributory pension scheme + product discounts and access to corporate vouchers including holidays, gym membership etc)

Our client, a very successful large international company, which is expanding rapidly in the UK and Europe is currently looking for a Consultant to join their dynamic Acquisitions team.

Job responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of the planning process including identification of sites, building relationships with third parties including local authorities, developers, agents , negotiation and acquisition of sites for warehouses and distribution centres
  • Responsible for the planning process from concept to completion
  • Management of applications from preparation to submission and delivery of the planning permission
  • Managing expansion and improvement projects

Person specification

  • Educated to degree level (at least 2:1) in a property related field
  • Experience in the industrial sector in particular with freehold property acquisitions
  • Experience in managing planning applications
  • A strong team player with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Multitasking with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • A full driving licence is required
  • Flexibility to travel in the UK
