J2 Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a fantastic Lending Business with a great reputation in the UK to recruit a number of experienced Business Development Managers onto their Business Development Team.
This business has experienced incredible growth over recent years which has resulted from their ability to continue to evolve and learn during a time whilst the market is constantly changing. They have a strong reputation within the lending industry which is mainly because of the quality of service they constantly deliver to their customers, their ability to react quickly to their competitors and their consistently improving product range.
As Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading from the front. You're expected to provide regular coaching to help your team grow their knowledge, whilst developing their territory and maximise their performance. We are specifically looking a proven presenter; someone who can recommend the brand whilst ensuring the team adhere to all regulatory and compliance expectations. You'll use your pro-active leadership style to challenge 'the industry norm' and drive change to improve processes and enhance the overall experience for your brokers and their customers. On top of this, you will be expected to use your knowledge in order to identify product enhancements and work with the product team to roll our new initiatives.
In order to be considered for this fantastic opportunity, candidates are required to have an impressive track record of leading and evaluating high performing sales teams within financial services, notably with experience within the intermediary market place. I'm specifically looking for a leader that is passionate about continually enhancing their business along with its reputation and services. As a character, you will be hands-on and wiling to assist with the growth of your network by visiting brokers and attending industry events.
