Salary - £40k-£45k Basic / £70k + OTE (uncapped) plus benefits

Based from their offices in the South West, you will be covering the UK in a field sales/account management capacity. Following up on pre booked leads, you will attend appointments with both self-home builders and general builders suck as Taylor Wimpy and Barratt's. You will have the technical acumen to be able to discuss and outlay exactly how someone should build a home and what they would need. The Business Development Manager will then sell their impressive portfolio of Timber Solutions to match any need the client has.
Due to the nature of the market, you will be a new business hunter and have the ability to manage existing accounts. It is essential that the candidate come from a Timber background and have experience selling to builders. Travel will not be an issue to you and some overnight stays (expenses paid) may be included. You will be tenacious, well presented and have a great attitude towards your business and prospects.
Although salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, an initial indication for the Business Development Manager is a base salary between £40k-£45k plus benefits package. Also in place is an uncapped commission structure that will bring your on target earnings upwards of £70k, with room to earn more.
