CHEFS - Central London:Our client is a well established, highly successful catering and restaurant group with restaurants, cafes and coffee shops all over Central London combined with a very successful events catering division.They only use fresh produce from local suppliers and their venues are second to none.All shifts are between 40 and 45 hours per week.They are currently looking to recruit for the following vacancies:-
Trainee Head Chef, London EC1 Salary: £27,000 to £28,000 per annum, plus 10% bonus. Food style - quality burgers, ribs, pizzas (wood fired oven) and pastas. Ideal for Senior Sous wanting step up.Opening Hours:- Monday-Friday: 7:30am- 11pm, Saturday: 9am - 11pm, Sunday: 9am - 4pm.
Sous Chef, London SW7 Salary: £26,000 to £27,000 per annum, plus 10% bonus. Food Style: Bistro style restaurant menu and al fresco courtyard cafe.Opening Hours: Saturday to Thursday: 10am to 5:15pm, Friday 10am to 9:30pm
Senior Chef de Partie, London SE1Salary:  £24,000 per annumFood Style: Bistro style restaurant menu.Opening hours: Monday to Wednesday 9am to 11pm, Thursday to Saturday 9am to 1am, Sunday 9am to 10:30pm
