Pixl8 is a creative technical agency with a 30+ strong team based in South London and Malaysia. We work predominately in professional membership/trade associations, colleges and not for profit sectors, building integrated portals, intranets and bespoke content managed websites. Position Overview:You will be working in a team of 3 project managers each with their own production team. You and your production team are responsible for the delivery of complex technical web builds and you work daily with the discovery and QA teams as required. You'll work with the team to:
  • Work with technical team to translate functional requirements into innovative technical solutions 
  • Prepare cost estimates, project plans and functional scope documents 
  • Manage and schedule team workload 
  • Oversee production of your client's projects 
  • Oversee client acceptance testing 
  • Liaise with clients to ensure all specifications are understood on both sides 
  • Manage project amends 
  • Present creative and completed builds to the client 
  • Work with the development team during production, testing and deployment to ensure all requirements have been met 
  • Manage communications with third parties including CRM and associated consultancies 
  • Work with Studio manager to deliver project financial reporting 
Requirements:
  • Background delivering complex projects - 3 yrs minimum 
  • Experience of working on projects with 6months + timescales and multiple further iterations 
  • Experience interacting and presenting to senior management both agency and client side 
  • Confident and proactive personality 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Aptitude for building and managing relationships (internal & external) 
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail 
  • Ability to manage the project scoping phase, liaising with clients and documenting requirements 
  • Experience of working with numerous stakeholders and supervising project teams 
  • Enthusiasm for the potential application of new technologies 
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Experience of producing project documentation - including sitemaps/user journeys, wireframes, functional specifications, budgets and schedules 
  • Confidence to work hands on with the team and convey requirements in a precise manner 
  • General familiarity with web content management systems
