With the finest local ingredients to produce amazing dishes, the chefs are experienced in Mediterranean and pizza cheffing, and together they provide fantastic marriages of flavours in this contemporary concept.
An opportunity has arisen for Sous Chef to join the team. This excellent opportunity involves producing fresh quality cuisine and assisting in ensuring the kitchen operates in the correct way and to take control in the head chef’s absence.
