My client are a large blue chip main contractor who work throughout the UK.
My client are looking for an ambitious site / project based Quantity surveyor who wants to progress and work their way up to Senior level in the near future. You will be based on a large site in either South Manchester or Cheshire. The project will be either a large are home or a large mixed used development.

Project quantity surveying experience with a blue chip main contractor on a similar project
Cost planning experience
You must be able to give procurement advice
You will have ran building projects from inception to completion including final accounts.
All applicants will have experience in tender documentation, contract documentation
Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
A track record of working with teams and helping to manage building projects by prioritising workloads and delivering to deadlines
Previous experience across new build and refurbishment projects of £10M - £15M will be ideal as well as the ability to make accurate, fast paced decisions on fast moving projects.
