Innovative and growing gas and electricity supplier is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to create short & long term growth value opportunities for the company across all business segments & business development opportunities. They will devise and implement strategies that identifies and develops key external relationships & partnerships 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESKey ResponsibilitiesStrategy development Identify, devise and implement effective corporate strategies that engage & win new partnership opportunities. Work cross business to optimise performance indicators against partnership portfolios. Effectively engage with key partner stakeholders in creating opportunities for information exchange and joint planning of priorities and delivery that create additional value and cement relationships. Identify key enablers to facilitate growth and work cross business to bring to implementation. Provide coaching & mentoring in order to drive project & process delivery into the business. 
New business development Lead in the cultivation and securing of new long term strategic relationships & partnerships that are, targeted in line with the organisation’s overall aims. Ensure new partnership proposals receive the appropriate approvals before implementation 
Account development Devise & implement effective strategies, that support & maximise opportunities for renewal. Oversee existing partnerships, ensuring that the service standards & experience provided by the company protect renewal portfolios from eroding in value. To secure and develop relationships with new business partners as well as the successful management of existing key relationships. To take a key role in proactively cultivating new opportunities into PnL. To create commercially beneficial propositions to secure long term strategic relationships with new and existing partners 
Improve overall relationship KPI’s to maximise partnership experience so as to retain and grow the value of existing opportunities. Embrace corporate culture which includes: Active involvement in company initiative such as 7 habits of highly effective people Having photos and other media of yourself on marketing material High degree of flexibility & adaptability to change
