The Role:
The Inside Sales Manager will inherit an already successful team, managing and developing these telesales agents to ensure all targets are reached and exceeded. In a pure management position, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing strategy plans to achieve revenue goals. With an unrivalled portfolio of Telecom solutions, your team will be targeting the SME market. This company had an extremely strong reputation in the market and as such you will represent yourself and the company in a well presented and polished manner.

The Candidate:
The ideal Inside Sales Manager will have a proven track record of managing and developing a telesales team, with proof of achievement. You must have a hunter mentality, with a real passion for prospecting and closing new business opportunities, with experience and success in leading a team also. You must have excellent communication, and negotiation skills with exposure to the SME marketplace. You must be passionate about the product you are selling and be well presented as a large part of the role will involve going out and meeting existing and new clients.

The Package:
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is base salary of between £50,000 and £60,000 basic, with uncapped £90,000 OTE, plus excellent benefits.
