Manifesto for Change Project Manager: £29,889-£32,658 per annum

Our client is looking for an experienced practitioner to help translate Bristol's Golden Key Programme vision and plans into reality.

Golden Key is a £10 million, 8 year partnership programme funded by the Big Lottery Fund, which aims to challenge and change the way systems work to support some of the most vulnerable people in Bristol.

Through working with people who have multiple and complex needs experiencing homelessness, mental health problems, drug and alcohol dependency and offending they are learning about what is and isn't working in Bristol. The programme team leads the delivery of each area of this work, through contracts or direct delivery including developing innovations, working with evaluators and involving stakeholders in every aspect of delivery.

Duration 1 year fixed term.

Full-time 37 hours per week

(MfC) represents all transactional system change activity areas within the programme. This post holder will translate this concept into a reality through developing new project areas and delivering on pre-existing project areas, including developing the MfC as a partnership engagement tool and supporting partners to implement system change activities.

They are seeking a self-motivated individual with excellent project manager skills, experience of leading projects independently and working in complex partnership arrangements. Based within a small programme team you will have good interpersonal skills, the ability to support colleagues with deadlines and will be willing to developing different skills according to the programme need.
