We’re currently recruiting for multiple vacancies for Instructional Designers, to join a rapidly growing organisation based in the West Midlands area.
Our client is a unique organisation in the Engineering sector, who are looking to grow their Training team. They work with leading subject matter experts in industry to design and deliver innovative training programmes.
This Instructional Design job / Training Design job will closely follow the ADDIE model; liaising with subject matter experts to identify training requirements through extensive TNA and designing training materials which incorporate a variety of delivery methods. Most of the role will involve designing face to face training material and self-study programmes, although experience of designing training across the full blend will be very beneficial.
You must be very experienced in training design and instructional design, following methodologies such as the ADDIE model. A TAP qualification in learning design would also be very useful to have, along with the ability to work with complex subject matter. The successful Instructional Designer / Training Designer will have an excellent understanding and appreciation of learning methodologies and evaluation i.e. Kirkpatrick’s.
The basic salary on offer depends on level of seniority and sector experience; our client is also open to applicants with salary expectations below the quoted level.
