Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join an exciting Hospitality company experiencing huge growth based in Gloucester. For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:

£35,000 - £40,000 plus excellent benefits

Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Preparation of consolidated management accounts
  • Monthly bank and intercompany reconciliation
  • Booking profit analysis by entity
  • Preparation of VAT returns
  • Preparation of draft annual financial statements for review

Person specification:

  • Possess an ACCA or CIMA qualification along with a minimum of 1 years post qualification
  • Previous experience of preparing consolidated management accounts
  • Proven experience of Bank and Ledger reconciliations
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and SQL queries
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of external and internal clients
  • Work well as an individual and also as a member of the team, encouraging and supporting others where required
