We are currently looking for Customer Experience Manager to hit the ground running in this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Providing high quality presentation in front of house areas, meeting rooms and offices.
- Be a key point of contact for all facilities users including clients and customers.
- Create and maintain operating procedures.
- Manage on site contracted services (including cleaners and security)
*The role is based across five sites in the Birmingham area, therefore candidates must be flexible to travel*
The successful candidate will have strong co-ordinating ability, be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels and producing a high quality standard of work in all areas.
