Are you an experienced Marketing Manager/Director with an experience and/or passion for the Arts, Humanities and Theatre?

We are working exclusively on a very exciting project based in Manchester which is not likely to come up again for some time.

You will be working in a vibrant office environment encouraging a strong community feel, creative input and an inclusive team work ethic. Working directly with the Managing Director this 6 month project will see you being responsible for...

- Developing commercial/creative marketing campaign plans for upcoming events and venues.

- Adapting the brand of the organisation with ongoing campaigns and co-ordinating all design and any image creation

- Ensuring the audience development strategy is implemented to create a deeper engagement with current and new audiences.

- Work with the Digital Producer to ensure the best use and optimisation of all digital platforms, to showcase and support commissions, grow audiences and increase ticket sales.

- Implement the Cultural Destination and tourism marketing campaign that raises the company profile both nationally and internationally.

- Develop and implement the campaign to raise the profile in City Centre Manchester, draw visitors to various events/venues and ensure that the organisation maximises opportunities with partners such as Manchester City Council, Marketing Manchester, the Hoteliers Association.

- Work with the Development Director to ensure the effective delivery of sponsor & partners' branding rights and help maximise the activation of the relationships and recruit new members.

- To manage the Media and Journalistic partnership relationship to ensure maximum exposure in all publications/outlets

- Manage all suppliers and staff (including Freelance, temporary and casual staff)

- Negotiate and manage relationships with external agencies and in-house contract staff/freelancers.

- Attend Senior Management Team meetings and contribute to the development of the organisation as a whole.
