Territory Supervisor

Job description

My client has worked with mums and young families for over 50 years, a history they are very proud of. Their journey with Mums runs from pregnancy to birth and beyond, their aim is every Mum has the opportunity to learn, share and save with Bounty.

Role Purpose
To lead, manage and develop a Territory team of Photographers and Distributors, Casuals and Buddy’s within the remits of set, agreed budgets. Maintain and maximise all field goals and metrics that supports and underpins the field strategy through bedside excellence and customer satisfaction.

Technical/Operational Deliver
As a Territory Supervisor it is expected that you will:
•Follow a targeted Photographic & Distribution Plan ensuring the delivery of agreed business objectives set.
•Manage Territory Costing in line with budgets.
•Lead and direct the Territory team in all aspects of their role
•Attend and Participate in regular Meetings and Workshops Nationally, Divisionally and Regionally to develop personally and to support the development of all Territory team members through Presenting Territory Meetings and 1-1 Field visits
•Deliver success in all areas - Photo and Pack Distribution in all birth centres, community venues and hospitals where relevant (Photo in hospitals and all Packs in all venues including those receiving direct delivery).

Collaboration & Engagement
As a Field Based Team Player it is expected that you will:
•Build and maintain relationships with all key internal departments.
•Understand and have an awareness of all company commercial opportunities, including competitor activity in each of your maternity units.
•Attend and actively participate in relevant internal meetings.
•Support both the National and Divisional team working together closely to identify cost effective resource to deliver Zero missed days and Induction training Nationally in line with Best Practice

Administration and Participation

As a Territory Supervisor it is expected that you will:
•Arrange regular workshops for your team to deliver Bedside excellence which in turn will increase Revenue for the Territory, Division and National Field team.
•Promote, support and introduce new Bounty services & products to Bounty staff and HCPs.
•Demonstrate willingness to accept and implement changes and new ways of working.
•Manage your own time effectively and prioritise workload to meet business needs.
•Complete and maintain all relevant administration and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner, including the generation of management information.
•Ensure clarity of accountability for all Photographers and Distributors with a clear framework of responsibility by delivering quality conversations about developing performance and contribution to the business.
•Complete Formal reviews with direct reports and ensure that formal reviews take place on a regular basis.
•Undertake other tasks, projects or duties that may, from time to time, prove necessary.

This position is working for 25 hours per week - approximately 9am - 2pm.
Salary is £14900 per annum (NOT pro-rata)
