Bobst Manchester Ltd are currently recruiting for a Sales / Business Director to grow our BUWF market share in the UK. Bobst is a customer focused solutions provider at the cutting edge of technical advances in the metallising industry.

We have ambitions, through our excellent product range, to further develop our presence in the UK markets. The Sales / Business Director role will capitalise on the company's exceptional performance and bring this to bare on the UK markets. With a strong growth strategy in place over the next 3-5 years this role will be pivotal in achieving these ambitions.

As a Director of the company you will be highly influential in promoting the corporate image and strengthening the company presence through utilising local agents and developing strong business partnerships across the area.

Being a seasoned Sales Director you will have a high visibility in the area through developing and nurturing client and business leader relationships. As a strong negotiator you will lead large commercial contract negotiations, and develop relationships that will open opportunities and promote our BUWF range of products.

As well as being highly visible in the market place, you will also build strong relationships with internal key stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition during the acquisition process for the clients.

Who are we seeking?

  • At least 10 years' experience in senior Sales / Director roles ideally within BUWF metallisation industry.
  • Strong understanding of the industry, processes and applications of the product.
  • Strong experience managing entire sales life cycles.
  • Proven track record in hunting new business and growing revenue in the UK market.
  • Excellent skills in capital equipment sales negotiating and sealing multimillion pound deals.
  • Advanced presentation and client management skills
  • Strong confident influencer
  • Experienced in working in a complex matrix organisation.
