Job Title: Appointment Setter
Salary: £18k - £20k Basic + OTE £25,000 – 35 hour week
My client is an entrepreneurial and dynamic firm that operates within a niche market place of the construction sector which is currently booming.
They have a unique market leading presence within the sector they operate and havea fantastic opportunity for an experienced Appointment Co-ordinator within the Sales Department of their expanding team.
You will be joining a welcoming sales team where you will be provided with a comprehensive training program. You will also be provided with a full set of leads and your responsibility will be to introduce the free services of the business, with a view to progress relationships with the prospect clients.
You will be given full product training and sales training, working closely with the sales manager to develop your skill set.This is a good consultative sell, and is perfect for those wanting to escape aggressive sales - they want to avoid micro management and allow you to manage you and your clients in the way you feel fit.They have a carefully defined structure, clear objectives, and an efficient method of operation. - Working from leads provided to you, you must be able to book and close for an appointment for one of our experienced surveyors to attend.Objection handling, you must be able to overcome any objections that the client may have.Basic administrative tasks.Answering incoming calls.Diary management, making sure the appointments are postcode appropriate.Liaising with the lead companies and establishing if a lead needs rejecting.Working to targets, daily, weekly and monthly.
