Established Freight Forwarding Company are looking for their next Internal Sales Account Manager to join their growing business. The company offer full Forwarding services from their office base in Coleshill and are now looking to expand further following more success.

You will already be experienced in the Freight Industry with telesales experience and have natural drive needed in sales roles. Ambitious and enthusiastic, you will thrive on challenge and love gaining new business and offering great service.

·Offering products by Road, Sea and Air to New, Existing and Lapsed clients with the focus on GP

·Providing quotations and rate schedules and following up to secure bookings.

·Developing a relationship with the client as a "key account manager" responsible for all activity with the support of the operations team and 3 Directors.

·Understanding customers’ needs and providing solutions by Road, Sea and Air via approved suppliers.

·Offering time Critical Freight options in emergency situations

·Recording information via the CRM - currently ACT but being reviewed.

·Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPIs on volume of calls, appointments, news starters and GP

You will be part of a small but successful team and be a key part to the business moving forward.
