We are looking to recruit a Junior Sous Chef to help support the existing team at this amazing site in central Bristol. We are recruiting for bright, bubbly, energetic and passionate chefs who want to play a key part in a swiftly evolving company, whilst helping to make a truly beautiful business as great as it can be. Frankly, who wouldn’t want that?
This is an exciting role with a multi-award winning and fully established restaurant & bar brand that is set for great expansion over the next few years so don’t miss the boat!
The position is very hands on and we will not consider applications without high volume branded restaurant experience.
Competitive salary up to £21,000-22,500 (deending on experience)
• You must have experience in cooking and preparing from fresh in high volumes, and be organised. Critically you will be working with the head chef and junior sous chef's looking after the quality control on all dishes that leave the kitchen to ensure they are tip top for our customers. Ideally, you will have branded and an independent background regarding your previous work history.
• You must be able to motivate and lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chefs absence, looking after when required; weekly orders, stock control and protecting the bottom line.
