PURPOSE OF ROLE

Horner Gray Associates are recruiting an Account Manager for a National Facility provider.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 1 year in sales, customer service or hospitality either Internal or External with a strong customer service ethos and the desire to generate sales to earn commission.

This is a new business focused role but there is an element of Account Management for the territories, which will include responsibility for approximately 200-400 existing trading accounts, with the ability to up sell to these.

The successful candidate MUST have the ability to sell over the telephone and generate appointments.

A good working knowledge of CRM is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

The desire to cold call and generate your own new business is ESSENTIAL.

Covering the BIRMINGHAM postcode areas, selling a range of workplace services, The position is predominantly home based but with the requirement of attending a minimum of at least 15 self generated new business appointments per week across your set territory.

The ideal candidate will live on or close to patch - within 20 minutes commute of Birmingham.

The role offers a basic of £22,00 per annum rising to £25,000 per annum after a successful probation period, with a realistic individual OTE of £35,000 and a team and individual OTE of £45,000, with an uncapped commission scheme.

The role also offers one of the most comprehensive training and induction schemes in their sector, a Company car, Laptop and Phone.

Candidates will need to own a full UK driving licence
