Covering applications to cater for all workshop needs, including automotive, industrial and MRO, they sell and distribute some fantastic brands with optimum performance quality instantly recognised by the trade user. What’s the job in simple terms?
Your job is quite simply leading the sales team and developing sales into large key customers. We’re after a straight forward, hands on sales manager able to deliver in field training covering all steps of the sales process to improve sales team performance through implementing an effective sales metrics management culture within the team. Sales retention, customer penetration and new business are the three key elements to this role. Can you do this?
So what tools do you need in your tool box?
Well you definitely need a successful track record in managing either a national or regional sales team of field based sales people for starters. Knowledge and experience of sales channels within the automotive aftermarket, MRO, industrial distribution or hand tools market will add spice to your application for sure. However this needs to be combined with the right attitude, tireless work ethic and a burning passion for success to be our ideal candidate. More importantly you need to be able to demonstrate this and convince us…..Can you?
Of course we want the usual pc literacy, excellent organisational skills, precise attention to detail, and clear communication, but sales achievement and a focus towards smashing sales targets with your team is key for this role….Can you do this? Can you convince us?
