Commercial Account Executive
Our client is a leading national Insurance Brokers who are seeking accomplished Commercial Account Executives to join their Commercial team to comply with their growth strategy, developing and servicing clients in the Birmingham area.
If you are an commercial account executive with your own book of business or you have the ability to focus on new business for the first year until covenants expire then we want to speak to you.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a forward thinking stable insurance brokerage who support candidates who work hard and have the potential to be successful.
Agree on business plan / projections for new business or transferable commercial business
Engage with tele-sales team to select industry specific data to approach
Prospect commercial clients and build pipeline, engaging in networking events, introducer partnerships and generally use entrepreneurial flair etc
Service existing business providing sound insurance advice and customer service ensuring high retention rates
Perform open market broking exercises liaising with account handlers to secure the best policies for you clients
Previous experience within Commercial Insurance broking
Strong sales skills
Existing book of business or experience in a similar commercial insurance new business or account executive role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Insurance Qualification are beneficial
