We are a national outsourced talent acquisition company that specialises in providing clients with recruitment services and solutions across 10 industry sectors. After analysing client's talent acquisition needs we formulate and sell to them a bespoke recruitment solution. We are not a recruitment agency, we work with companies to support their direct recruitment. The services we provide although similar to a recruitment agency, are different in many ways and include managed job board advertising campaigns for single or multiple vacancies, through to providing video interviewing and online assessment facilities. We are looking for people with a tenacious and target focused sales pedigree, who are able to sell our talent acquisition recruitment solutions to SME's.

Job Summary - Trade, Media & Advertising Sales

As an Account Manager you will have experience of working within a full lifecycle sales position. You will have a high calibre sales pedigree and currently be exceeding sales targets in your current area of sales. You will be confident working in a target driven sales environment with tenacity and motivation to meet targets. You will work with potential clients to recommend appropriate talent acquisition recruitment solutions to best support their own direct recruitment with the ultimate aim of filling their vacancies in the most efficient manner possible. Main Responsibilities

  • Identify appropriate sales leads and be accountable for the conversion of those leads
  • Contact potential customers to inform them about the service offered by Your Jobs Group
  • Answer questions about the products or services the company provides
  • Upsell recruitment packages and bundled services
  • Proactively sell our products and services in an outbound (80%) inbound (20%) environment
  • Record all activity to the CRM database
  • Provide reporting figures on all recruitment targets, sales pipeline and customer conversion

Personal Qualities

  • B2B Telesales experience is essential
  • Experience of outbound sales is essential
  • Advertising, Trade or Media Sales experience is desirable
  • Experience in a sales role within a recruitment consultancy (in any sector) is desirable
  • Able to build excellent relationships and trust over the phone
  • Good communication both written and spoken
  • Persistent, tenacious and collaborative
  • A well-defined and proven approach to winning new business and closing sales opportunities
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections and clearly explain the benefits of using Your jobs Group for positive outcomes
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong relationship development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, emotionally intelligent, enthusiastic with a glass half full mentality
