Your new role:
In terms of the Purchase Ledger role you will be expected to; register expense purchase invoices onto the finance system, match stock invoices, deal with any associated queries regarding the invoices, identify invoices relating to capital expenditure, flag supplier invoices where relevant for the purpose of VAT return and monitor and update the PO tracker. For the Sales Ledger role you will be involved in raising invoices as requested by the various departments as well as credit control.
What you will need to succeed:
You are expected to be at least part AAT qualified and have an exceptional attention to detail. In addition to that the company requires you to have numerical accuracy and be able to work in a high pressured environment where there are deadlines to be met. Planning and organisational skills are also a necessity.
