A leading provider of permanent, contract and additional recruitment solutions on a UK and International basis. In line with growth throughout the sector, my client requires a Client Development Manager who can build upon existing relationships as well as open doors to new customers within the Security sector.
Working with a number of well known brands, this is a great position for a recruiter who enjoys working closely with key decision makers in well established clients. You will supplying DV and SC candidates to a mix of global brands and associated smaller suppliers across the UK market.
You should enjoy talking liaising with senior stakeholders and understanding requirements, as well as building rapport with a wide range of candidates in niche markets. This role will suit a good end to end recruiter who prefers rapport building to cold calling.
The clients are in place and have lots of requirements to be developed, the company now needs the right person to take on that workload rather than overpromise and under deliver. The opportunity exists to develop new relationships with a number of additional customers within the market, so the ability to door open and gain time in the diary of senior decision makers is highly desirable.
Your time will be spent in and out of the office, with one or two days a week client facing when up to speed with the market. You should enjoy the cut and thrust of engaging with senior level decision makers and being able to showcase the services you have to offer.
It is likely you have a track record of success in IT, engineering, technical or related recruitment disciplines. Other recruitment experience will be considered, with executive search / headhunting or business development in general would be of real interest too. This role involves regular client facing activity so engaging with your key clients and building rapport should come naturally. You will be a good communicator and door opener and this role is ideal for someone who likes to build on existing relationships rather than just cold calling.
Salary for this role will go to £30k with an uncapped ote in the £60k region year one given the exclusive opportunities to work on.
