  • There is full training and 'on-boarding' with the role, as such, industry sales experience is not a necessity.
  • Track record of Sales Operations management or leadership in the software environment is a must.
  • Experience around other related areas such as IT and digital marketing may also be considered.
  • SalesForce CRM Administration certification - ideally 2-3 years of experience.
  • A real strategic thinker who can also command the trust and respect of the sales team.
  • Operational expert with the ability to manage internally and externally.
  • Drive and motivation; examples of key wins or success in implementing strategy.
  • Ideally degree educated or of degree calibre.


As Sales Operations Manager, your role is to shape, implement and monitor the sales plays of a successful and growing team. Using your skills on SalesForce and reporting/analytics tools of your choice, you will have full control over the strategy and working directly with the VP Sales to ensure they're enforced.

The role not only has immediately responsibility, there will also be growing scope over the next 6-12 months. This includes functions such as defining Sales Comp Plans.
