Area Sales Manager

THE ROLE: As Area Sales Manager for this market leading organisation, your remit will be to develop business opportunities with commercial end users and then back sell via a network of distributors. Selling a range of building solutions throughout the south west region, your aim will be to identify new projects and then work with your existing distributors to supply the end users. Leads will also come from your distributor network and you will visit end user clients with them. The role of Area Sales Manager will see you winning projects with local government, schools, prisons, universities and the healthcare sector.
THE PERSON: If you are interested in this position then you must be from a construction sales background in order to apply. Our client is able to offer full product training so it does not matter what you have previously sold, however, it must be related to construction, either heavy or lightside products. Other attributes that will make you an attractive candidate for our client include your personable nature, ability to be part of a team and your motivation to be the best in your career and in anything you apply yourself too.

THE PACKAGE FOR AREA SALES MANAGER:
- Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
- T.E £8,000 - £10,000 first year
- Company Car: Yes
