As Sales Co-ordinator, you will provide support to the National Business Development Executives (BDE), ensuring pipeline generation and diary management. The role will also be responsible for providing background research for business opportunities as identified through the BDE and management team.

Specifically, you will:

  • Achieve a targeted number of appointments weekly and monthly that the BDE team will attend, providing detailed information relating to the business/Company.
  • Collate a monthly report on the appointments made and provide regular status progress on all the appointments attended.
  • Collate and distribute collateral relating to campaigns, as well as producing reports detailing the progress on projects.
  • Produce and/or proof read documents relating to the sales process.
  • Ensure all customer data input and amendments are entered onto the in-house system accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage mail, email and any telephone enquires ensuring clients are responded to and leads are dealt with promptly.

Please note this is a part time position, offering 20 hours a week with a flexible working pattern.

To succeed in this role, you will have excellent communication skills with the ability to convey features and benefits, handle objections and identify and respond appropriately to buying signals. You will demonstrate a friendly, professional and open attitude whilst maintaining attention to detail and high level of accuracy whilst dealing with the requirements of each clients' requirements.
