This is an opportunity to join an exciting e-commerce company operating multi-channel e-commerce platforms covering key areas of the bathroom, kitchen, plumbing & heating markets across the UK, Ireland and Europe.

The new flagship showroom located on Regent Road, Salford is only a few minutes away from their state of the art distribution facility located next door to Events City and the Trafford Centre. Backed by over £10.5 million pounds of investment, they have exciting and ambitious plans for the future.

The showroom is open 7 days a week and this is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who is results orientated to join the team to develop B2B sales across the region.

They are looking for a dynamic individual to develop their B2B business within the North West of England, developing a 1st class service offering to their customers. You'll already be working within the bathroom and heating supplies industry, preferably selling to developers, OEM manufacturers and M&E contractors.

Based from the Salford store you will be:
- Developing and managing B2B sales within the North West of England, reporting directly to the Store Manager. You will be supporting the Store by capitalising on warm trade leads, and will manage your diary in terms of time spent at the store, and conducting visits so that your time is utilised effectively.
- Preparing detailed sales and activity reports.
- Working closely with the Trading/Marketing/PR teams to maximise exposure and sales development.
- Learning about their organisation's products or services and keeping up to date with changes, contributing to the NPD team.

This role would suit an experienced Area Sales Manager looking for a new opportunity to develop their career within a fast moving environment with significant career progression opportunities. As a new role, this is an exciting opportunity to influence a Business Development Model that could be rolled out into future retail stores.

The successful candidate will ideally:
- Have knowledge of the plumbing & heating market.
- Have experience engaging with customers on all levels.
- Have a background of working within sales, marketing and trading.
- Have excellent time keeping skills and be able to work to strict deadlines.
- Be self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Be able to bring in new ideas, make suggestions, and deliver business goals.
- Be analytical with the ability to sum up, think outside of the box, and be curious.

Key Skills:
- Ability & confidence to communicate at all levels.
- Good commercial instinct & general awareness.
- Equally at home working on your own or as part of a team.
- IT literate.
- Full UK Driving License with a minimum TWO years driving experience and a Maximum 6 Points (no DD or IN endorsements).
- Ability to prioritise workload and work accurately under pressure.
