General Manager - Restaurants and QSR - Role Responsibility
As a General Manager within the business, you will be responsible for delivering the excellent levels of customer service which the company is known for across a number of high volume businesses. They are looking for an experienced General Manager to help drive performance through your team and to develop the customer experience. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Building a sustainable relationship with the client
  • Motivating, coaching and developing your team
  • Forecasting and planning to maximise sales
  • Ensuring excellent levels of communication between the Front of House and Back of House teams
  • Ensuring excellent levels of customer service standards
  • Ensuring high food quality is maintained
  • Ensuring all health & safety standards are adhered to
  • Managing stock control
