A fantastic opportunity has arisen based in central Birmingham for a passionate Recruitment Team Manager to manage an existing team who recruit within IT, Key Accounts and FMCG sales, this role will be to lead and develop this ambitious team through growth whilst maintaining and growing core values within the business. The vision is to grow the team to the point of appointing managers to each division and creating a Directorship role to manage the Team Managers.
This role will suit an existing Team Manager from any sector or an ambitious Senior/Principal Consultant looking for an opportunity to step up and fast track to Directorship.Attitude and outlook are key factors for this role, they need someone who can lead by example, who is passionate, hardworking and committed to whatever they do.
