Purchase Ledger Clerk
Immediately Available Purchase Ledger Clerks required in Avonmouth.
My client, an international manufacturer and wholesaler, based in Avonmouth (Bristol), are seeking an immediately available Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their accountancy team on a temporary basis.
As Purchase Ledger Clerk your main responsibilities will be:
Monitoring and registering incoming invoices.
Efficiently resolving invoice queries
Managing supplier accounts including statement reconciliations
Assisting in monthly reconciliation and month-end close of Accounts Payable Ledger
The successful candidate for the role of Purchase Ledger Clerk will have;
- Previous purchase ledger experience, ideally from within a high volume environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with your team but also across the department
- Strong IT skills to include Word and Excel
In return, our client can offer an hourly rate equivalent to between £18,000 & £21,000 per annum.
