An opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Sales Manager to join innovative, high-growth start-up who really wants to make their mark on the Industry.
The Company is a young and enthusiastic start up business whose main mission is to help accountancy firms/organisations look after their most important asset - their people alongside ensuring continuous professional development. They have combined HR tools and specific platforms to improve organisations employee effectiveness, happiness and retention within multiple organisations.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the development process from beginning to end. The successful applicant will have: experience in sales and implementation of Software into Human Resources; enthusiasm for building and maintaining strong long term partnerships; passion and an appetite for being persistent and achieving the wanted/desired results: and ability to communicate effectively.
Successful candidates will have:
- Proven experience in the sales and implementation of software solutions Human Resources
- Passion for the online emerging technology market and willingness to go the extra mile
- Outstanding communication and ability to present and demonstrate to large audiences
- Keen attention to details and follow ups
- Ability to build and maintain relationships, manage expectations and identify issues that require escalation
In return you will earn up to £40,000 per annum + comms + bens.
