2nd Line IT Support Engineer - Central London
My clients is a well-established and successful IT Support / Managed Services company that are continually going from strength to strength. Due to continued growth, they now require a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join this young friendly team. This will be a demanding position and you must have a minimum of 2 years commercial IT Support experience. You will need the ability to juggle multiple tasks, recognise the impact of a support issue and liaise with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
Predominately working in a Microsoft, Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows Server environment your main day-to-day duties will include the following:
• Telephone and Remote Support
• Log, manage, chase and escalate tickets
• Active Directoruy Password Resets, Account creation , Folder permissions
• Office 365 / Exchange
• Telephone (VoIP) Administration
• PC builds / moves
• Anti-Virus / Anti-Spam
• Bug fixes
• Assisting with Project work
• Any other duties as requested
This is an important customer-facing role, which requires good communication skills and self-discipline. In this highly visible role that will provide you with a chance to shine by taking ownership and making it your own.
