A well established and successful travel company are looking for Full Time Permanent Travel Customer Service Consultants who are enthusiastic about travel and providing the best customer service possible.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Proven background of delivering excellent customer service
  • Passionate about travel - previous travel industry experience an advantage although all training will be provided
  • Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to resolve issues and work in a busy environment
  • A strong team player who enjoys a challenge and able to work under own initiative
  • Basic level of computer literacy required

Working on a shift basis between 9am and 9pm on a 7 day roster Monday-Sunday, 40 hours per week. (please do not apply if you cannot commit to these hours)
