Your new role
The role is a Clients Services Associate that holds the responsibilities of managing enquiries and requests from external and internal clients and consultants in respect of their defined impact of pension arrangements. Services will be communicated through electronic or post methods of communication covering an extensive range of topics from investment performance to fund switch activity, transactions and valuations to legal document changes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have obtained experience within a client manager role within a financial institution. You must be commercially aware of the industry and have a strong knowledge of pensions. You must be be organised, efficient and work well within a team as well as independently. You must obtain strong communication skills both written and verbally as you will be interacting with internal and external stakeholders of the business.
