Salary:£75K- £100K + Exceptional Bonus+ Car

Our Client is looking to recruit a credible Sales Director who will be pivotal in establishing the company name into new clients in the London (West End and City).

This position will involve shaping the 'go to market' strategy, so it will be imperative for the successful individual to be able to demonstrate their capability of leading a business into new markets.

With a £2 million target to hit, the role holder will need to be extremely well-networked across sectors; for example: City corporate clients, managing agents, and or the wider commercial market. They will also need to demonstrate strong commercial awareness - comfortable to price opportunities, write tenders and 'seal the deal' with minimum supervision.

The role will be supported by external lead generation activity, but ultimately, it is an all-encompassing client facing Sales Director role; full responsibility and accountability for identifying opportunities, putting together work winning bid strategies to include pricing, technical content and operational solutions for the contract. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a credible track record winning cleaning or related service contracts, and a self-starter with enormous amounts of energy, drive and passion.

Very strong operationally, 'The Team' combined has a significant number of years of industry knowledge, wisdom and expertise between them.

Turnover is currently in the region of £10 million. There are reference sites to draw on, so the short term focus will be to target smaller size UK companies.

The search for a talented individual has not been limited to the contract cleaning market alone, broadening into Facilities Management & the wider Support/Business Services companies. Although there is a preference to recruit someone who has some cleaning and FM exposure, and enough services expertise to enable the individual to hit the ground running.

Key Requirements;
*A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
*Ideally have some cleaning/FM exposure
*Strong written English and highly analytical

*Strong commercial awareness - 'hands on' bid experience
