Customer Service Coordinator

Basic Salary £20k - £25k (depending on experience) + OTE
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm. In addition, one Saturday a month 9:00am - 1pm (overtime paid at time and a half)
Our Customer Service Coordinator plays an important role in Home Telecom (part of Global 4 Communications). We’re looking for someone:

About the job
Here’s an outline of some of the things the job involves:
- Provisioning and managing customer orders using our internal and suppliers’ portals to enable setting up telecommunication products and services from start to finish.
- Managing suppliers such as BT Openreach, Vodafone, Sky, Plusnet, Virgin Media and Talk Talk.
- Coordinating engineer appointments, ensuring customers and engineers are aware of all appointments and work required.
Ensuring excellent levels of service to our customers.
- Escalating issues to suppliers to ensure delivery dates are met and track all issues to a successful conclusion.
Maintain accurate customer and supplier activity records.
