Basic Salary to c£50,000 with £90,000 OTE

An innovative software user adoption solutions business based in Manchester (UK) has a current requirement for an intelligent and creative Sales professional. This business is the leading provider of user adoption solutions for SaaS based software applications and is enjoying sustained growth globally.

Consultative strategic approach

The BDM will work with the Business Intelligence and Lead Generation teams to identify and target new business opportunities. Working with clients internationally (predominantly Europe - Germany, Italy and France) it is a complex and diverse long lead time consultative sales process providing expert advice and assessing added value opportunity - building relationships with large blue-chip and global HR Directors and company heads.

Enterprise Software Sales

The successful individual should have strong B2B sales management experience in a service solution (SaaS) sales role - Training or Comms, CRM or other Enterprise software. Expertise in managing large big ticket sales (+£1/4m orders) through a long lead time sales process is a must. Direct and Channel Global sales management experience is expected.

Global reach

As a global business working with companies worldwide international travel can be expected, including meeting prospects and exhibitions / trade fairs, however the majority of time will still be spent in the Manchester office.
