Registered Nurse ( RGN /RMN )

• Location: Romford, London
• Salary: £27,000 - £31,500 per annum based on 42-hour contract - negotiable depending on experience, qualifications and capabilities
• Hours: Full Time or Part time
• Shifts: Days or Nights
• Contract type: Permanent

*Salary Equivalent to NHS Band 5 & 6*

We are currently looking for a highly motivated registered nurse to work within a beautiful nursing home situated in Romford, London. The Care Home offers an extensive range of high quality care in a homely environment for older adults who require nursing care, palliative care and respite care. The Care Home enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. Staff morale is very high.

Applicants must be RGN or RMN trained and must hold a valid PIN.

What you'll be doing:

- Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents

- Leading, motivating and mentoring to your team

- Delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home

- Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents

- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation
