Collections Data Interrogation Team Leader
We are looking for an experienced people leader to develop and drive forward a new team in completing data cleansing activities. You'll be responsible for maximising the teams' performance through active supervision and coaching whilst always ensuring the team remain complaint with company procedures and standards and all regulatory requirements.
Data accuracy is key in driving our debt strategies, this team will assist our collections team in ensuring that we update our systems correctly which in turn will ensure that we maximise our performance. You'll need therefore to ensure your team delivers excellent customer service, within a busy and target driven environment.
Leading a team of up to 11 you'll need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record of managing and leading a team including your ability to drive performance and improve delivery, and be able to work collaboratively to build relationships and ensure performance targets are achieved
Numerical sound, you'll be an expert user of all Microsoft office applications and ideally have a knowledge of the collections and billing policies.
Another key requirement is a knowledge of contract management as you will oversee the day to day debt supplier queries and audit process. This will involve an element of completing offsite audits alongside our key suppliers.
You'll need to effectively communicate and liaise with a wide variety of people as well as the team, including debt contractors, key stakeholders and other internal teams

Please be aware that within this role there will be travel and overnight stays required.
