Graduate IT Support Analyst (Application Support) - London - £30,000

A global leader operating within financial trading, based in the City of London has a rare opportunity for a bright graduate to join their large and dynamic technical team. Please note - no formal commercial experience is required as full training will be provided.

This position would really suit a degree holder (2:1 or above) in a relevant discipline i.e. Financial Computing, Mathematics, Business Management, Information Technology, Business Systems, Computer Science or Computing. Should you have completed an internship or placement year this would strongly support your application.

You will join the Application Support Team that provides timely and accurate support to business critical systems and traders. Please note - you will be supporting complex bespoke trading platforms and systems and the successful candidate will receive full training from this market leader.

The ideal candidate will have academic or commercial experience with the following:

* Client services - experience supporting customer or clients in a professional environment would be beneficial
* Working towards SLAs
* MS Office - including MS Word and MS Excel

Excellent communication skills are absolutely essential and an interest in financial services or trading is desirable.
