IT Systems Engineer/Web Support Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Microsoft Qualified Systems Engineer to join our systems team based at Harley Street in London. Applicants must have the following certification and experience.
Microsoft System Engineer who can also provide technology support for our end user products (our websites and web apps).
Essential experience in a working environment:

Help Desk Support
Including but not limited to:
- Office 2010 Products
- PC Hardware and Upgrades
- All current Windows Operating Systems
- "Ideas" Clinical Database (Training provided)
- Website and Web App products
- CRM platform management (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Salesforce CRM)
- Technically support the Digital Marketing department
Additional desirable experience
- Symantec BackupExec 2010
- Mitel VOIP
- HP Switches
- Cisco Firewalls
- Iphone (ActiveSync)
Additional desirable skills
- Certification with any technology organisation a plus, particularly in website development or software development
- Knowledge of Ajax, PHP, JSP, Angular JS also a plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL/MySQL queries
- Experience with any of the following applications highly desirable: Microsoft Azure, SAP CRM, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft SharePoint, Google Analytics,
- Working level knowledge of DNS, URLs, redirects, and related operations
Successful applicants must have excellent written and spoken English and be eligible to live and work within the UK.
This post requires someone who is development minded, intuitive, competitive and performance-driven, the successful applicant will have the ability to manage their time effectively within a pressurised environment, prioritise high volumes of work and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
The successful candidate will be the project lead in identifying enhancements between the main Clinical Software, the communication of said enhancements to the software provider and the managed installation of same.
The LWC is currently undergoing an evolution in their IT environment and this is an opportunity for a hard-working, proactive IT Engineer who is looking for a new and challenging role in which they will truly make a difference. We are offering an exciting platform for the right individual to develop their skills and progress their career within IT.
Ideally, you will also be a "web generalist" and understand a wide variety of technologies. You will also be providing support for websites in html, asp, .net, and a variety of other languages, as well supporting E-commerce platforms and web apps. There will also be a level of front-end issues at the browser level.
This is a full time position of 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday. Some occasional weekend working will be required dependant on projects and targets.
The position also provides technical support to other LWC clinics located in the UK and therefore candidates must be flexible with regards to travel which will involve occasional over-night stays.
